Is the Consultation really free and no-commitment?
Completely. The Consultation is 30 minutes, free of charge, and comes with zero obligation. We use it to understand your situation, answer your questions, and see if there's a genuine fit. If there isn't, we'll tell you honestly.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Our sweet spot is solopreneurs, freelancers, and startups from 1–30 people. We've also worked with established SMBs up to about 80 people. What matters more than headcount is mindset β€” we work best with clients who are ready to invest in their operations.
How much does a typical VelOpsify engagement cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually based on the work involved. After your Consultation, we'll provide a clear proposal with a fixed price β€” no hourly billing surprises.
Do you work remotely or in person?
The vast majority of our work is done remotely via video call, shared workspaces, and async tools. In-person workshops can be arranged on request.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of a signed proposal. If you have a hard deadline, let us know in your message and we'll be upfront about whether we can meet it.
Do you offer ongoing support after the engagement ends?
All engagements include a 2-week post-handover support window. Beyond that, ongoing support retainers are available for clients who want continued access as their business evolves.
